On Sunday, May 18th, we will have a donation day. Every Sunday at 2:00 a group of 200+ Karen (pronounced “kuh-REHN”) speaking Burmese meet at Creekside for church. This is an ever expanding group in our area and we desire to have a great ongoing relationship with them. One of the best ways that we can help is to provide for many initial needs of new Burmese into the United States, while also providing for continuing needs as they live here.
This is one of the most practical ways for us as Creekside Church to build a great relationship with this group and serve with Jesus’ love. On May 18th, please bring donations from the list below. Marge Mckeever has been in close relationship and contact with our Burmese friends and these items will be distributed appropriately.
As an ongoing need arises we will monthly remind you of these needs and seek to deepen our relationship with them. Please take a look at the below list and consider donating on May 18th at church.
