Iowa Bible Camp is a one-week camp ministry organized by several non-denominational churches from the Des Moines, Atlantic, and Omaha areas. The purpose of our camp is to bring young people to Christ by clearly presenting the gospel, and to challenge Christians to live fruitful Christ-honoring lives. Our program consists of three classes each day, with plenty of activities in-between to foster life-long friendships.
We rent the fine facilities of the Twin Lakes Christian Center in Manson, IA (2 hours northwest of Des Moines) for one week each summer. The staff of Twin Lakes provides well-trained certified life-guards at the beach, guidance for the craft room, and kitchen and maintenance. We bring in volunteer counselors, several of whom are experienced parents as well as college-age men and women dedicated to youth ministries.
