This upcoming Sunday we will be holding a vote for the lighting upgrade.
If you are a member, please try to be there by 10:15 as we need a quorum to call the meeting to order. If you are unable to be there, absentee ballots are available (stop in during office hours to do this).
Additional information on the vote:
– The deacons have funds available to pay for approximately 50% of the project.
– If the vote shows support of the project, there will be a brief fundraising effort soon.
– The goal of the fundraising would be to minimize or possibly eliminate the need for financing. For any debt taken on, we would want to pay down as quickly as possible.
