While many choose to worship with us at home on Sundays via our live stream, we have re-introduced our Sunday services (REMEMBER at 9:15 and CONNECT at 10:30) with guidelines and social distancing for those wanting to attend in person in light of COVID-19. We also offer Sunday school and a nursery zone with safety and sanitization guidelines (see below). Some small group Bible studies and events are meeting in-person with precautions, while others have been postponed or are meeting online. Our mid-week youth programs (Awana and teen youth groups) will look a bit different when they start up again in the Fall, so look for updates. Thank you for your patience and your faithfulness!

Children 3 years old to 1st grade will meet in the main preschool classroom. Each child will receive their own box of crayons, scissors, glue stick and pencils. Chairs will be set up for circle time, so each child has their own socially distanced spot. Hand sanitizer will be available as well. Please make sure your children are fed and have used the bathroom before coming into the Sunday school room. Plan on dropping these children off before the service begins and they can be picked up when the service finishes. If you’d prefer to meet your child outside, please let the Sunday School teacher know.

Children 2nd grade to 5th grade will meet in the upstairs youth room. Hand sanitizer will be ready for use and they will be spaced apart accordingly in the large room. These children need to start their morning in the worship service with their parents until dismissed. After class, they will be dismissed back to their parents during communion.

We are planning a baptism on Sunday, February 21 during our 10:30 Connect service. If you’d like to be baptized or participate in the parent-baby dedication, please contact as soon as possible.

Women, join us at Creekside, 9:15-11:15AM on February 24th. This event is usually on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, but we’re having it on the 4th this month. This is a time for forming and deepening friendships with one another, sharing how the Lord is encouraging you to grow through His word and how you are seeing Him at work. Kids are welcome! Any questions, contact Patti Fellers.

We will be hosting a parent-baby dedication during our 10:30 Connect service on Sunday, March 7th. This brief part of our service will be devoted to parents who desire to raise their children in the knowledge of the Lord, and Creekside committing to pray for and support parents and children in the effort. If you’d like to be a part, send an emakil to

We had a great time grilling, playing games, serving popcorn and snowcones, and taking in the Urbandale fireworks show on July 4th at Creekside. Check the gallery for photos.
